How to count panes
A pane is one moveable section of glass. A standard double-hung window has an upper and a lower sash, so it counts as 2 panes — even though the grids make it look like 12. Grids, dividers, and muntins do not add to the count.
We only clean the exterior. Every plan and price on this page covers outside glass, frames, sills, tracks, and screens only. Interior window cleaning is not included.

Clear Membership Terms
No surprises. Here's exactly how billing, scheduling, and cancellation work.
Cancellation & completed-visit balance
Every visit we complete must be paid in full. If you cancel, we total the standard one-time retail price of the visits already performed and subtract everything you've paid so far (initiation fee plus monthly payments). Any difference is due at cancellation.
Example: you received 3 window cleanings during the year with a combined one-time retail value of $900, and you've paid $870 in initiation and monthly payments. Your cancellation balance is $30.
If you've paid more than the retail value of the visits completed, nothing further is owed. Cancellations must be submitted through the customer portal or by phone, and we confirm the final amount in writing before anything is charged.
Weather & rescheduling
Rain, high wind, or freezing temperatures push your visit to the next available day at no extra charge — we'll contact you with the new date. You can request a reschedule any time through the portal; please give at least 48 hours' notice so we can re-route the crew. Same-day lockouts or no-access visits may be billed as a completed visit.
Season & billing schedule
Service runs March through November. There are no visits December through February due to weather; service resumes in March. Monthly payments continue year-round so the cost stays level — they fund the scheduled visits and touch-up coverage across the full plan year. Payments are charged on the same day each month to the card on file.
Scope, pricing changes, and touch-ups
Every plan includes The Peak 5 — glass, frames, sills, tracks, and screens — exterior only, every visit. Interior cleaning is not included. Pricing is based on the verified pane count; if the count changes (added windows, new structure), we'll adjust your monthly rate with 30 days' notice. Touch-ups follow your plan tier: Classic $50/visit, Summit 1 free per cycle, Peak 2 free per cycle.
Access, payment issues, and transfers
Please keep gates unlocked and pets secured on visit days. A failed payment pauses scheduling until it's resolved; accounts more than 30 days past due may be cancelled with the payoff above applying. Moving? Plans transfer to your new Quad Cities home after a quick re-count, or to the new homeowner at your request.
